Use this portal to:

  • Submit new requests to Wirex for B2B Clients support

  • Ask for clarification about customer accounts and transactions

  • Track the status and replies for your open tickets


If you need access to this support portal, please email from your corporate email address to service.desk@wirexapp.com and include your

  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Work e-mail

 and we will grant you access as soon as possible.

Requests from non‑work domains of known B2B partners will not be processed.
